offers a new course in

HTML and

Introduction to Web Design

Dr. Bruce Terry, Professor of Bible and Humanities and Webmaster for Ohio Valley College offers a four-week course (2 academic credit hours) in HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and Introductory Web Page Design. Professor Terry has many years' experience using Internet applications working with educational institutions, including Abilene Christian University, where he served as the mission department webmaster. In addition to his education in religion and humanities, Dr. Terry has an extensive background in mathematics and computer programming.

  • Classes meet one night per week from 6:00 until 10:00 p.m. for four weeks.
  • Each student will receive hands-on training in class in usage of HTML tools to design Web documents.
  • Class size is limited to 15 students.
  • Class meets 2-hour computer science requirement for A.A. in Professional Studies or B.S. in Organizational Management.
